Copyright Protection

Nexveil respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement.

1Our Position

Nexveil does NOT host, store, or upload any copyrighted content on its servers. We operate solely as an aggregator that links to content available on third-party websites across the internet.

Since we do not host content, we cannot directly remove copyrighted material. However, we can and will remove links to any content upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice.

2Filing a DMCA Notice

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that content accessible through our service infringes your copyrights, please send a written notice containing the following:

Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

URL(s) on our site where the allegedly infringing content can be found.

Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number).

A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the content is not authorized.

A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3Contact for DMCA Notices

Please send all DMCA takedown notices to the following email address:

Nexveil.reader@proton.me

Please use "DMCA Takedown Request" as the email subject line.

4Response Timeline

We aim to review and respond to all valid DMCA notices within 24–48 hours. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.

5Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating access to content that is repeatedly reported for copyright infringement. We take all valid complaints seriously and will cooperate with rights holders to protect their intellectual property.

6Good Faith Notice

Warning: Filing a false DMCA notice may result in legal liability. Please ensure your claim is valid before filing a notice. If you are unsure whether content infringes your copyrights, consider consulting legal counsel first.
